Order Confirmation:
Upon the successful completion of your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. To conveniently track your order status, log in to your account and navigate to "Your Order History" at www.enaams.com. Please be aware that logging in is required to access this feature. Thank you for choosing us, and we look forward to providing you with a seamless and transparent shopping experience.


Production and Delivery (Made-to-Measure suits):
Your order will be meticulously crafted by our skilled tailor and is expected to be delivered to your specified address within approximately 4-6 weeks. All our suits are exclusively manufactured at our suit factory in the European Union, ensuring a high standard of quality. For customers within the USA, your order will be delivered via FedEx or UPS. For international customers, orders will be shipped through DHL. We strive to provide efficient and reliable delivery services to ensure your satisfaction.

Payment terms

We accept payment through most major credit cards. Once you have successfully completed your payment, your order will be promptly forwarded to our production team for processing. Thank you for choosing us, and we appreciate your trust in our services. 

Return policy

For Made To Measure - Customization Policy:

Our Suits, Jackets, Pants, and Vests are meticulously crafted based on your specific customization requirements, tailored to meet your unique needs. Please note that we do not accept returns for Made-to-Measure (MTM) Orders. However, to ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer a 15% reimbursement of your suit cost for any alterations you make within 365 days (1 year) from the day the suit is delivered to your door. Simply provide us with the receipt from your tailor, and we will cover 15% of the total suit cost. Your happiness with our products is our priority.

For Ready to wear -If you encounter any issues with the received product, whether it is defective or if you have ordered incorrectly, please contact us through our chat support or send an email to sales@enaams.com.
