Eligibility for Free Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Certain items, such as [Made-to-Measure and Bespoke items - custom made products.], are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our support team at sales@enaams.com with your order details.
- We will provide a prepaid return label for you.
- Securely pack the item and drop it off at the nearest shipping carrier location.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3 business days.
- If applicable, exchanges or store credit can be provided upon request.

For Made To Measure/BeSpoke Suits - We make Suits / Jackets / Pants / Vests based on your customization specifically for your needs and we are not accepting any returns for MTM Orders. But we cover 15% of your suit cost for any alterations you make upto 365 days(1 year) from the day the suit delvered to your door. Just send your receipt from your tailor and we wil cover 15% of the total suit cost.
